Product Application

We manufacture complete lines for the slaughter and processing of cattle with the capacity up to 5000 cattle/hour. All of the lines are constructed according to the International regulations and norms in force. We supply new lines or reconstruct old ones, where we adjust new equipment to the existing space.

Living Cattle Raceway, Restrainer and Conveyor
The raceway, restrainer and conveyor can be combined as one system to transport the living pigs from lairage to killing or stunning position. One-stop Engineering can provide different machines according to processing procedures:
Hot galvanized steel or concrete raceway, and stainless steel raceway if special enviroment
Restrainer for small capacity,Automatic conveyor for stunning,Automatic conveyor for killing alive

Stunning and Killing
Stunning is to get pigs faint for easy slaughtering.One-stop Engineering has three types for electric stunning:
Manual stunner.Head stunning machine,Head and heart stunning machine

Washing Processing
Pre-washing is for more hygienic purpose and also water saving in scalding process. Also, post-washing is also necessary for hygiene, and they can use same washing machines. One-stop Engineering has two types:

Scalding Steps
To achieve ideal dehairing effect, scalding is a must process prior to scalding.
There are four types of scalding system in One-stop Engineering:
